So I made an appt. for the next day at 1:00 and the car was serviced and I was out of there before 1:30. The owner (I believe) is always professional and pleasant. So are the "shop" guys. On July 2, 2018, my car died on me and i had no idea what it could be. When I tried to start it, it started to smoke from the engine. I was horrified! My car is almost 18 years old. I replaced the starter in 2016, the alternator in 2017. I thought, this is it, time to suck it up and use up all my savings and buy whatever i could afford. After having Triple A tow it to Tuffy's, it was late in the day, so i worried all night. The next morning, they called to tell me it was the starter. I was so relived it was just the starter again. I had it fixed and its been fine since. Thank you to everyone at Tuffy's for fixing the starter and now I have more time to save some more money for a new car.

This is the best place I know of for honest repairs and advice. Chuck at the front desk is awesome in advice and taking care of business and people. They have saved my family thousands. We have had dealers quote $1200 and they fix it for $500. The waiting area is clean, with TV, assorted magazines, and even an expresso machine for free. If you schedule an appointment online, they have no idea you have one. Also, when presenting coupons, they often have never heard of them.
